From a few kilograms to very high-capacity tests, OSC designs control weights and equipment for load testing lifting and handling equipment.

OSC Essential — Modularity for your load testing
Robust and versatile, OSC Essential is the benchmark range for repeated inspections and for users who need to test different types of equipment and different capacities.
Its rolled-steel control weights from 100 to 5,000 kg can be combined with basket weights and adjustment weights from 5 to 20 kg to build and fine-tune the test load. Its patented stacking and locking system makes building the load easier while keeping handling safe. Handling and lifting rods complete the system for capacities of up to 24 tonnes with a lifting rod.

Range 02
Flex Load OSC Essential — Less handling, more flexibility
An addition to the Essential range, Flex Load is particularly suited to cases where building and adjusting the load involves a lot of handling.
Its Flex Basket holds up to 220 kg of adjustment weights for a total capacity of 250 kg. Used with a dedicated Essential basket weight, the system can reach 700 kg. The solution reduces manual handling, makes load adjustment easier and helps prevent MSDs, while improving the ergonomics and efficiency of operations.

Range 03
OSC Spacefit — Modularity for confined spaces
When available space or access becomes a constraint, OSC Spacefit keeps all the advantages of a genuine modular test weight set in a more compact format.
With a footprint of just 500 × 800 mm, the range lets you build test loads from 25 to 3,500 kg. Control weights from 50 to 1,000 kg, basket weights, a handling rod and lifting rods in two lengths let you adapt the configuration to the equipment and to the available height under the hook.

Range 04
OSC Compact — Maximum flexibility in minimum space
For lower capacities and environments that call for an easy-to-move solution, OSC Compact combines a small footprint, mobility and versatility.
Its rolled-steel adjustment weights stack on a base plate to build up the required load gradually. The set can be placed on a wheeled transport trolley fitted with a brake, so it can easily be moved from one inspection point to the next. With a footprint of just 470 × 470 mm, Compact allows tests of up to 1,250 kg WLL. The weights can also be used as counterweights for certain applications.

Solutions for very heavy loads
Beyond its modular test weight sets, OSC also designs equipment and load test platforms for high-capacity load testing.
OSC solutions cover standard needs of up to 150 tonnes and can be developed to order when the constraints of the equipment or installation require it, with non-standard projects reaching up to 275 tonnes.
