Modular test weight sets for your load testing
Robust, durable and modular, OSC Essential test weight sets are designed to test and inspect lifting and handling equipment with precision, safety and efficiency.
Made from rolled steel, Essential control weights let you quickly build and adjust the test load to match the capacities and configurations of the equipment being inspected: forklifts, overhead cranes, freight elevators, hook-lift trucks, mobile cranes, tower cranes…
Designed for repeated inspections, the range combines mechanical strength, ease of use and controlled handling. It is aimed in particular at users and maintainers of forklifts, overhead cranes and aerial work platforms of up to 24 tonnes, with no particular access constraints.

Key benefits of Essential
Modularity
The patented stacking system lets you add or remove weights directly on a suspended stack, particularly during static tests. Color coding and the weight marked on each unit make them easy to identify and help build the load.
Safety
Interlocking feet prevent lateral and longitudinal movement. The locking system holds the weights together as a single monolithic unit, keeping the load cohesive even in an accident.
Speed
The design of the weights and rods makes it simpler to set up, adjust and remove loads. A gap between the weights also allows forklift forks to be inserted directly.
Precision
Rolled-steel manufacturing and controlled calibration produce an accurate, reliable test load. Essential control weights offer an accuracy of ± 2%.
